This is an installation built around the idea of equitable rehabilitation of vacant and abandoned properties. I partnered with a dancer (Dr. Benae Beamon) and a videographer (Carlton Mackey) and the collaboration resulted in a fully interactive experience. While a documentary was being projected onto a mostly clear structure from three different directions, Benae danced and breathed life into these hollow structures. Viewers used white paint markers to share their ideas and thoughts onto the glass walls. As more and more people participated the video, representing the voice of the community, became increasingly visible on the walls.
